CloudTalk vs Salesfinity at a glance
| Decision | Better fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| International number sourcing | CloudTalk | CloudTalk advertises local, national and mobile numbers in 160+ countries. |
| Published number-porting estimate | CloudTalk | CloudTalk estimates roughly $30 per request, around $10 per number and about two weeks after paperwork is complete. |

| Published AI Voice Agent starting price | CloudTalk | CloudTalk lists its AI Voice Agent from $99 monthly with 200 minutes included. |
The better fit depends on which decision matters most to your team. Treat the table as a way to narrow your evaluation, rather than a scorecard where every row deserves equal weight. Start with the work you need to support, then compare the relevant charges and requirements.
CloudTalk
CloudTalk is my recommendation for teams whose first purchasing question concerns international phone numbers. Its geographic numbers page advertises local, national and mobile numbers in 160+ countries, starting at $6 monthly on plans starting at $25 per user monthly. That gives number-focused buyers a concrete starting point for their evaluation.
Check the number type as well as the destination. CloudTalk says it offers mobile numbers in 42 countries, starting at $6 monthly. For national numbers, CloudTalk's geographic numbers page lists availability in 38 countries, starting at $6 monthly, with more than half carrying no activation fee. These narrower availability figures deserve attention when your requirement specifies a particular kind of number.
For toll-free numbers, CloudTalk's toll-free pricing page lists prices from $6 monthly on plans from $25 per user monthly, with a one-time activation fee for select countries. Ask for a quote covering your actual destinations and number types before treating a starting price as your budget.
CloudTalk also publishes a separate AI Voice Agent starting price. Its AI Voice Agent pricing page lists $99 monthly with 200 minutes included and says the first 50 minutes are free. If that offering interests you, evaluate its stated allowance against your intended usage rather than combining it with the number price as though they describe the same purchase.
Where CloudTalk falls short
CloudTalk's starting number price doesn't settle the cost of every country. According to its geographic numbers pricing page, local numbers sit around $10 monthly in the middle of the range, mobile numbers closer to $15, and some hard-to-source markets cost considerably more. That makes CloudTalk a less straightforward budget decision if your team needs one predictable number price across its target markets.
The fair response is to request destination-specific pricing. I wouldn't reject CloudTalk because its prices vary, but I wouldn't choose it using the lowest advertised figure alone either.
Migration difficulty
CloudTalk provides a useful estimate for the number-porting part of migration: roughly $30 per request, around $10 per number and about two weeks once paperwork is complete, according to its geographic numbers pricing page. Those are estimates, so use them as questions to confirm for your own transfer.
This figure addresses number porting. It doesn't establish how difficult your entire migration will be. Build your evaluation around the numbers you want to retain and ask CloudTalk to confirm the applicable paperwork, charges and timing.
Salesfinity
Salesfinity is my recommendation when the buying question centers on finding valid prospect phone numbers and supporting different calling workloads across a revenue team. Its pricing page describes waterfall enrichment across 7+ providers at $0.30 per valid phone number, with charges applying when the waterfall finds a valid number.
Its pricing page also describes SmartEnrich as credit-based at $0.30 per valid phone number, with no charge for lookups that return no valid number. For an enrichment-focused evaluation, that gives you a specific charging rule to examine. Ask how your intended volume would translate into credits and a quote.
Salesfinity's international dialing claim is also relevant to outbound teams. Its AI parallel dialer page says teams can dial prospects across 120+ countries beyond North America from the same platform. Don't compare that figure directly with CloudTalk's number availability count: dialing destinations and available phone numbers answer different purchasing questions.
For team structure, Salesfinity says Enterprise plans include reduced-rate AE seats for light callers. It separately says AE seats provide full platform access at a reduced low-usage rate. I would investigate those seats if your evaluation includes both frequent callers and closers who call less often.
Salesfinity describes Gold as self-serve, its fastest route to going live and its lowest-price option. Its base subscription price is Not published on the pages we read. The published enrichment rate therefore isn't enough to name a cheaper overall winner.
Where Salesfinity falls short
Salesfinity's enrichment figures still leave room for missing or inaccurate data. The vendor reports 86% accuracy and 87% coverage on its data enrichment page. Treat those as vendor-reported figures, and test whether the returned numbers suit your own prospect list before making them central to your buying decision.
Pricing transparency is another limitation for this comparison. Salesfinity's pricing page describes Gold as its lowest-price option, but the available pricing information doesn't supply a base subscription amount. You need that amount to compare a complete team budget with CloudTalk.
Migration difficulty
Salesfinity's pricing page describes an option for teams with 5 to 100+ sales reps that need white glove onboarding, a dedicated CSM and Enterprise features. That makes it worth investigating if you want onboarding assistance as part of your selection.
The onboarding description doesn't establish a migration duration or number-porting charge. Ask Salesfinity to define the onboarding work and transfer requirements for your team before assigning a difficulty rating. I wouldn't infer an easy migration from an onboarding label alone.
CloudTalk vs Salesfinity: which one fits your team?
Start by writing down your primary requirement in one sentence. If it concerns acquiring particular international numbers, I would evaluate CloudTalk first. If it concerns enriching prospect phone data or accommodating light-calling AEs, I would evaluate Salesfinity first.
Then ask each vendor to price the same intended team and workload. Keep subscription charges, number charges and enrichment charges distinct in your comparison. A recommendation based on one relevant strength is useful; a purchasing decision still needs a quote covering what you intend to use.
Which one should you choose? CloudTalk or Salesfinity
Choose CloudTalk if international number sourcing, published number prices or a stated porting estimate leads your requirements. CloudTalk publishes both international number availability and approximate porting charges and timing. Confirm your countries and number types before committing.
Choose Salesfinity if valid-phone enrichment and reduced-rate AE seats lead your requirements. Salesfinity publishes a per-valid-number enrichment rate and describes reduced-rate AE seats with full platform access. Obtain the subscription quote before judging total cost.
