11x vs AiSDR

Channels, human review, and pricing compared.

Verified 30 Sep 20267 min read

The short answer

Both are AI SDR products that prospect, message, and handle replies without a human writing every touch, but they fit different teams. 11x's Alice is a managed digital worker priced at enterprise-style annual contracts starting at $36,000 a year, while AiSDR is a self-serve platform with published monthly plans starting at $250. Teams that want a hands-off enterprise deployment should look at 11x; teams that want to start small and see the pricing before talking to sales should look at AiSDR.

11x: a managed AI SDR sold as a digital worker

11x positions Alice as a digital worker rather than a piece of software you configure yourself. Its home page describes Alice as engaging prospects across channels, handling replies, driving qualified meetings, and building pipeline 1. The Alice product page adds that she engages buyers across email, calls, and more with tailored sequences 2.

On autonomy, 11x is direct about how little human involvement its digital workers need day to day. Its home page describes its digital workers as independent, proactive, and able to execute complex tasks without supervision to drive results autonomously 1. The pages we read do not describe a specific human-in-the-loop approval step before Alice sends a message or books a meeting, which is a gap worth asking about directly in a sales call if approval workflows matter to your team.

On pricing, 11x's Growth plan is the only tier with a published number. Its pricing FAQ states that 11x starts at $36,000 per year on the Growth plan, with Pro and Enterprise pricing custom-quoted based on contact volume, end users, and channels 3. The same page says 11x charges per lead, not per send, so the price stays the same whether Alice runs three touchpoints or thirty 3. Every plan is described as bundling contact data, email deliverability, warmup, inbox rotation, meeting scheduling, CRM sync, and onboarding, with the customer only needing to bring a CRM license 3.

On integrations, 11x's CRM integration page lists native Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho connectors, with the API covering everything else 4. Its API page describes one API across Alice and Julian that can trigger outbound, inbound, and meeting booking from any system in the stack, push data in, and pull results out 5.

Where 11x falls short

The evidence we could read does not show a self-serve signup or a published Pro or Enterprise price; both are custom-quoted, so a buyer has to go through a sales conversation before seeing a full number. The pages we captured also do not spell out a specific step where a human reviews or approves a message before Alice sends it, in contrast to AiSDR's public language about human-set guardrails. Confirm both the full contract pricing and the review workflow directly with 11x before signing.

AiSDR: a self-serve AI SDR platform with published tiers

AiSDR frames itself as a full outbound workflow rather than a single tool. Its features page describes the product as finding in-market accounts, writing messages, running sequences, handling replies, and booking meetings 6. Its platform page says AiSDR runs outreach across email, LinkedIn DMs, InMails, and calls, and that mailbox warmup, sending caps, and reputation monitoring run in the background 7.

On autonomy and human review, AiSDR is explicit in its own FAQ copy: a human sets the strategy and guardrails, and the AI handles the repetitive volume 6. On the reply side specifically, its features page says AiSDR responds within 10 minutes, 24/7, and handles objections, answers questions, and books meetings directly into the calendar 6. That is still an autonomous send with no described per-message approval step; the "guardrails" language points to configuration set up front rather than a human checking each reply before it goes out.

On pricing, AiSDR is the more transparent of the two vendors here. Its pricing page says plans start at $250/mo 8, and the Solo plan's published specs include 200 AI-researched contacts per month 8. At the top of the published range, the Scale plan is listed at $2,500/mo with 2,500 AI-researched contacts per month 8. AiSDR's pricing FAQ also says annual plans give a 20% discount compared to quarterly plans 8.

On integrations, AiSDR publishes separate pages for its two named CRM connectors. The HubSpot page says the AI researches each lead for buyer intent, sends researched outreach, and books meetings, and that the CRM stays accurate without manual work 9. The Salesforce page says AiSDR connects to Salesforce Reports, scores accounts, and sends researched outreach across email and LinkedIn 10.

Where AiSDR falls short

The published Solo and Explore tiers cap monthly contact volume tightly (200 on Solo), so a team with a large target list will likely need Scale or a custom quote to get real coverage. The pricing page also says Explore and Scale run on quarterly contracts rather than pure month to month, which changes the cancellation math compared to the headline "start at $250/mo" framing. And while AiSDR names a 10-minute reply window, the pages we read describe that as an automated response, not a queue where a rep reviews the draft first.

How the two handle channels, autonomy, and pricing structure

Both vendors describe multichannel outreach, but the named channels differ slightly in the pages we could read: 11x's own Alice page names email and calls specifically 2, while AiSDR's platform page names email, LinkedIn DMs, InMails, and calls 7. Neither company's page we captured gives a full inventory of every supported channel in one place, so confirm current channel coverage directly before comparing this line item further.

On what the agent does without a person in the loop, the two vendors use different language. 11x says its digital workers can execute complex tasks without supervision 1, while AiSDR frames the same autonomy as a human setting strategy and guardrails up front, with the AI executing inside them 6. In practice, both descriptions point to an AI that sends messages and books meetings on its own once configured; the difference is in how each vendor chooses to describe the division of labor, not in a documented approval queue on either public page.

On pricing model, the two are structured differently. 11x is priced per lead with everything bundled into an annual, mostly custom-quoted contract, and the only published number is the $36,000/year Growth floor 3 3. AiSDR publishes three named tiers with monthly prices and contact caps, plus an annual discount, which makes it easier to estimate cost before a sales call 8.

Which one should you choose?

Choose 11x if you want a managed, digital-worker style deployment with contact data, deliverability infrastructure, and onboarding bundled into one annual contract, and you're comfortable negotiating Pro or Enterprise pricing directly with sales 3.

Choose AiSDR if you want to see exact monthly pricing and contact volume before you talk to anyone, start on a Solo plan, and scale into Explore or Scale as contact needs grow 8.

Either way, ask both vendors the same three questions before you sign: what happens to a message before it sends (is there any human checkpoint), what channels are actually live on your plan tier, and what the full annual cost looks like once you're past the entry tier.
