Sales Engagement Platform Pricing

Apollo, Outreach and Salesloft (2026).

Verified 3 Oct 20267 min read

The short answer

For an October 2026 buying comparison, Apollo publishes specific annual-billing seat prices: Basic at $49, Professional at $79, and Organization at $119 per seat per month, with a three-seat minimum on Organization. Outreach asks for custom pricing and says its model combines seats with AI credit consumption. Salesloft's pricing route leads to a sales conversation rather than a public plan table. Treat these as different levels of price visibility, not a ranking of total cost.

  • For a published starting figure, Apollo lists a Free plan at $0 and Basic at $49 per seat per month billed annually. 1
  • For an Outreach budget, ask for a seat quote and the AI credit allowance and overage terms. Outreach explicitly combines both pricing inputs. 2
  • For Salesloft, request a dated proposal after the introductory call. The pricing route currently directs visitors to book time. 3

This table is a record of the pages we could verify on October 3, 2026. It does not represent negotiated rates, contracted minimums, or current quotes for your team. A public seat rate is only one component of an operating budget. Before selecting a vendor, identify what your sales process consumes and which features must be in the base subscription.

2. Read Apollo's annual-billing table carefully

Apollo's Free plan is listed at $0 and includes 900 credits per seat per year, granted monthly. The paid table lists Basic at $49 with 30,000 annual credits per seat, Professional at $79 with 48,000, and Organization at $119 with 72,000. The three paid prices are monthly equivalents billed annually; the listed paid credits are granted upfront. Organization has a minimum of three seats. 1

For a hypothetical ten-seat team with the same plan for every seat, twelve months at the published seat price produce license-only illustrations of $5,880 for Basic, $9,480 for Professional, and $14,280 for Organization. Those are arithmetic examples, not vendor quotes or total ownership costs. Apollo says a single plan level applies across an account, so mixing Basic and Professional seats is not a valid assumption in this calculation. Taxes are excluded from its displayed prices. 1

Credits matter because they turn a nominal seat price into a usage decision. Apollo's pricing page lists 1 credit for an email and 8 credits for a phone number. It lists US Dialer usage at one credit per 30 seconds. Do not compare annual credit allowances without estimating the mix of emails, phones, and calling your team will actually use. Apollo also says unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle, so a credit allocation is not automatically a bankable asset. 1

The Advanced Dialer is shown separately at $119 per team per month billed annually. Ask Apollo which calling features your proposed plan includes and when that add-on is needed. Do not count the add-on in every scenario, and do not assume the basic US Dialer credit charge disappears when you buy a dialer product. The published page is the starting point for that conversation; the written order form should settle your particular configuration. 1

3. Price Outreach as a package plus usage question

Outreach's page explicitly describes a combination of seat-based pricing and AI-credit consumption, and sends buyers to its team for custom pricing. Its current package names are Amplify Essentials, Core, Plus, and Pro, with different positioning across coaching, sales execution, revenue acceleration, and revenue orchestration. The package labels help frame a demo, but they do not supply a dollar rate for a ten-seat comparison. 2

Make the quote request specific: name the workflows the team will run, the seat count, the annual or monthly term, and the AI activity expected. Ask how included credits are metered, whether usage is pooled, when credits reset, and how a heavier month is billed. Outreach says additional credit packs can be purchased, so the renewal and top-up terms deserve their own line in the proposal. These questions are a procurement checklist, not claims that one package will incur a particular overage. 2

Outreach also lists Data Sharing, Connectors, Additional Instances, and Listener Licenses as add-ons. Ask which of those your implementation requires and have the quote identify their separate prices. A comparison that leaves integration access out of one vendor's scope while including it for another will be misleading even if both license subtotals are mathematically correct. 2

4. Get Salesloft scope in writing

The Salesloft pricing URL resolved to its sales-contact page during this review. The page says “Book time with us” and offers a quick introductory call. It did not display a numeric price table in the captured rendered page, so this article gives no Salesloft price. 3

The same page names Cadence, Conversation Intelligence and Deals. Listing a workflow does not establish which commercial package contains it. Ask Salesloft to mark each requested workflow as included, optional, or unavailable for the quoted plan. Include usage limits, data access, support, onboarding, and renewal language in the written response. 3

When sales proposes a discount, record both the initial term and renewal basis. A lower first-year subtotal is useful only if the scope and usage assumptions match your other proposals. Do not infer a typical discount, implementation fee, or multiyear saving from this public page. Those terms are deal specific and should be attached to the actual order form.

5. Use one worksheet for all three proposals

For each platform, put seat count, billing term, minimum seats, included credits, expected usage, add-ons, implementation, tax treatment, renewal terms, and exit rights on one sheet. Separate a confirmed vendor amount from a planning assumption. If a line is unknown, leave it blank and ask for a quote rather than filling it with a market average.

Next, define the work you need from the platform. An outbound team might require prospect data, multichannel sequences, calling, manager review, CRM sync, and reporting. Score each requirement as essential, useful, or out of scope. The cost comparison should use the lowest plan that actually meets the essential list, with the same headcount and contract length. That process may produce a different choice for a research-heavy team than for a team that already owns contact data.

Run a short usage model before accepting any credit allocation. Estimate monthly records researched, emails revealed, phone numbers requested, and call duration. Make high and low scenarios. For Apollo, its published email, phone and US calling credit rates offer input values; for Outreach, request the applicable meter and credit pack schedule; for Salesloft, request whatever usage rules apply to the quoted modules. This worksheet measures your own expected activity, not the vendors' performance. 12

Finally, choose a review date. Reconcile invoices against the quoted scope, track unused entitlements and paid top-ups, and ask users which functions they actually adopted. Cost savings are possible only when a removed product was redundant for your workflow and the remaining service meets your quality requirement. This guide makes no universal savings percentage claim.

FAQ

Does Apollo's $49 Basic price mean I can pay $49 for one month?
The captured plan table labels $49 per seat per month as billed annually. It is a monthly equivalent within an annual billing offer, not proof of a $49 month-to-month purchase. Request current monthly terms separately if you need that flexibility. 1
Does Apollo Organization require a minimum number of seats?
Yes. The rendered pricing table states a minimum of three seats for Organization, alongside a $119 per-seat monthly equivalent billed annually. 1
Are Apollo's dialer and credits the same charge?
No single charge covers every calling scenario in the captured table. US Dialer usage is listed at one credit per 30 seconds, while Advanced Dialer appears as a separate $119 per-team monthly add-on billed annually. Ask for the exact calling configuration in your proposal. 1
Can I calculate an Outreach or Salesloft total from the public pages?
Not from the captured pages alone. Outreach requests custom pricing and combines seats with AI-credit use. Salesloft's pricing route leads to a sales form and introductory call. Get dated proposals with scope and usage before comparing totals. 23
