HeyReach vs Expandi vs Waalaxy
Three LinkedIn automation tools side by side.
The short answer
HeyReach fits agencies that want unlimited LinkedIn senders under one flat monthly fee with isolated client workspaces, Expandi fits teams that want built-in email follow-up steps inside the same LinkedIn sequence plus a dedicated IP per account, and Waalaxy fits solo founders and small teams that want the lowest per-user starting price with a simple upgrade path to email. All three publish their own account-safety language differently, so read the "account safety" row before picking one for a client's LinkedIn account.
- Best for agencies running many senders: HeyReach
- Cheapest to start: Waalaxy
- Best for built-in email steps in one sequence: Expandi

HeyReach: unlimited senders for one flat fee
HeyReach prices its Growth plan at $79 a month per sender, where a sender is one LinkedIn account added to an organization. Its Agency plan costs $999 a month and includes 25 senders, and its Unlimited plan costs $2,999 a month for unlimited senders, though HeyReach caps that plan at 300 senders under a fair-use policy meant to prevent abuse of the platform. Every subscription includes a one-time allocation of 100 enrichment credits per sender for finding verified emails inside the app.
On account safety, HeyReach's pricing page says campaigns run "without restrictions while making sure each sender stays within their daily limits and safe usage levels". Its homepage describes an auto-rotate feature: users can connect unlimited LinkedIn accounts for one flat fee and have HeyReach automatically rotate sending between them. In a blog post about managing multiple LinkedIn accounts, HeyReach's own tool-comparison table lists itself as cloud-based with a compliance approach of "configurable limits, auto-freeze, pacing", and the same post states that agencies on HeyReach typically run 6 to 20 sender accounts per campaign across client workspaces.
For CRM and stack integrations, HeyReach syncs every connection, message and reply automatically onto HubSpot contacts, and its pricing page lists integrations with Clay, RB2B, Trigify, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, Twain and Persana. A Unified Inbox lets a user manage all LinkedIn messages in one centralized place without logging in and out of accounts.
Where HeyReach falls short
HeyReach does not send email natively. Multichannel campaigns route through native integrations with Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison, so a team needs one of those tools connected before email steps work. The Unlimited plan's price, $2,999 a month, is also the steepest starting point of the three tools in this comparison, and its 300-sender cap means a very large agency will eventually need to contact support for a custom arrangement.
Migration difficulty
HeyReach's Workspaces feature is built for agencies: it lets a team manage clients through a single login while keeping each client's data, senders, leads and campaigns separate. Because pricing is per sender rather than per seat, adding or removing LinkedIn accounts does not require switching plans, and the documented HubSpot sync plus Clay, Make and Zapier connections give an existing stack a defined path in.
Expandi: cloud-based automation with built-in email follow-ups
Expandi's Business plan is described on its pricing page as "better suited for small sales teams" and costs $99 a month. Billed annually, that price drops to $79 a month, which Expandi frames as two months free. Its Agency plan is custom-priced for teams of 10 or more seats, and Expandi states plainly that "the more accounts you take, the more you save".
Expandi groups three items under an "Account Safety" heading on its pricing page: cloud-based software, a dedicated country-based IP address per account, and profile auto warm-up. It also lets a user set daily outreach limits and limit ranges for connections, messages, InMails and event invites, and states that Expandi "won't allow you to go over limits to keep your account safe". Separately, its FAQ describes Expandi as a cloud-based platform that "provides enhanced campaign capabilities that significantly boost the long-term efficiency of your outreach efforts".
On email, Expandi's Multichannel Outreach feature sends connection requests, messages and email follow-ups within a single sequence, without needing a separate tool. Its Smartlead integration goes further, coordinating LinkedIn and cold email in one sequence, triggering a LinkedIn message when a prospect opens an email or falling back to email when a connection request goes unanswered. For CRM sync, Expandi's integrations page documents native connections to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive.
Where Expandi falls short
Expandi's published price sits between the other two tools on a per-seat basis rather than a per-sender basis, so a team adding many LinkedIn accounts under one seat needs to check with sales once it passes 10 seats, since that tier moves to custom Agency pricing rather than a listed rate. Expandi's Workspaces FAQ also restricts billing access to a single role: "Only the Workspaces owner has access to billing and payments in Expandi," though ownership can be transferred to a different user.
Migration difficulty
Expandi's Workspaces feature documents more than 100 permission settings that can be customized for invited users, and users can share access to one account, multiple accounts from various companies, or all accounts under a workspace. That level of granular access control, combined with native HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive sync, means moving an existing team's roles and CRM connections into Expandi does not require custom development for the most common targets.
Waalaxy: the lowest per-user starting price
Waalaxy's Pro plan costs 19 euros per user per month and includes 300 invites a month, positioned by Waalaxy for a team's first LinkedIn outreach campaigns. The Advanced plan raises the invite allowance to 800 a month for 49 euros per user per month, described as built for scaling LinkedIn outreach at higher volumes with priority support. The Business plan, at 69 euros per user per month, is aimed at outbound teams that want a multichannel system combining LinkedIn and email at full scale.
On account safety, Waalaxy's homepage says its follow-up sequences use "human-like timing that stays within LinkedIn's limits", and its LinkedIn prospecting feature page repeats that its automation "automatically sends connection requests and messages for you while staying within LinkedIn's safety limits". That same page describes "smart sending intervals designed to stay within LinkedIn's safety limits" for automated follow-ups, and states that plans send up to 800 new invitations a month.
On email and CRM, the Business plan adds cold email sequences, multichannel LinkedIn plus email campaigns, and 500 email finder credits a month. Waalaxy's pricing page lists CRM Sync compatible with 2,000 or more tools across all three plans, and its homepage and feature page both name HubSpot and Pipedrive specifically, alongside Make, Zapier and n8n for the rest of a stack.
Where Waalaxy falls short
None of the Waalaxy pages we read state whether the product runs as a cloud-hosted service or a browser extension, so that row in the matrix above reads "not published on the pages we read" rather than a confirmed answer. Cold email sequencing is also limited to the top Business tier; the Pro and Advanced plans do not include it on the pricing page we read.
Migration difficulty
Waalaxy's plan comparison table lists "Multi-account import" as a team-collaboration feature available across its tiers, and CRM Sync compatible with 2,000-plus tools gives an existing team a documented path to connect its current stack without custom development.
How the 3 tools handle multi-account and agency use
All three vendors build for teams running more than one LinkedIn account, but they describe it differently. HeyReach's Workspaces let an agency manage clients through a single login while keeping each client's data, senders, leads and campaigns separate, and a HeyReach blog post on managing multiple LinkedIn accounts states that agencies on the platform typically run 6 to 20 sender accounts per campaign across client workspaces, adding that "agencies typically use a platform like HeyReach to run outreach across separate sender accounts per client, with each workspace keeping campaigns, leads, and activity data fully isolated".
Expandi's Agency plan targets teams with 10 or more seats and states that the more accounts a team adds, the more it saves per seat. Its Workspaces FAQ documents more than 100 customizable permission settings and lets an owner share access to a single account, multiple accounts across companies, or every account in the workspace, though only the workspace owner can see billing and payments.
Waalaxy's documentation is the thinnest of the three on this specific question. Its pricing page lists "Multi-account import" as a team feature without further detail on workspace isolation or per-client permissions, so agencies evaluating Waalaxy for multi-client work should confirm the specifics of that feature directly with Waalaxy before committing several client accounts to it.
Which of the 3 tools should you choose?
Choose HeyReach if you run an agency with many client LinkedIn accounts and want unlimited senders billed as one flat fee, with each client's campaigns and leads kept in a separate workspace.
Choose Expandi if you want LinkedIn outreach and email follow-ups running in the same sequence without connecting a third-party sender, plus a dedicated IP address and enforced daily limits on every account.
Choose Waalaxy if you are starting LinkedIn outreach for the first time, want the lowest published per-user price of the three, and are comfortable upgrading to the Business tier only once you need cold email sequencing.

How we researched this
We read the pricing, homepage, integrations and workspace pages published by HeyReach, Expandi and Waalaxy, plus a HeyReach blog post on managing multiple LinkedIn accounts and a Waalaxy feature page on LinkedIn prospecting, all on September 30, 2026. Every factual claim in this article links to the specific vendor page it came from, with an exact quote saved at the time we read it. Where a vendor did not publish a detail on the pages we could read, such as Waalaxy's cloud-based or browser-extension architecture, we said so instead of estimating an answer.
